Here at Zook Properties,LLC, our focus is simple. Find and purchase great houses in and around Knoxville, fix them up, and offer them to people in Knoxville on a Lease-to-Own basis to help more people become homeowners when otherwise they couldn’t.

We are a husband and wife team with many years of experience in Real Estate, Real Estate finance and construction. We have owned many properties in several different states. Our goal is to help give tenant/buyers an opportunity with home ownership while giving some time to improve credit, income, and status.
